This is a minor violation. 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 20 13 were not "round on site and the records for 2014 and 2015 are incomplete. The hazardous waste label for used oil indicated pick ups on 1-9-15, 4-2-15, and 6-6-15. The hazardous waste label for used coolant indicated pick ups on 4-18-14 and 4-7-15. The hazardous waste disposal receipts for these pick ups were not found on site during the inspection. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies of the missing disposal records to the EHD. This is a minor violation.
