Bills of lading for the re ycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. <br />According to Mr. Maharaj a d the label on the used oil filter drum, used oil filters were last disposed of in <br />2011. The most recent bill f lading for disposal of used oil filters is from August 14, 2009. A copy of <br />each bill of lading must beept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of <br />lading for used oil filters for he last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by <br />July 30, 2011. <br />64. Copies of spent lead ac d battery disposal records were not found on site. The generator shall retain <br />on site for at least three ye rs a legible copy of each manifest or bill of lading which identifies spent lead <br />acid batteries shipped to a erson who stores, uses, reuses, recycles, or reclaims the batteries or their <br />components. Immediately locate a copy of all disposal records for spent lead acid batteries for the last <br />three years, maintain them n site, and submit copies to the EHD by July 30, 2011. <br />85. Copies of universal was a disposal records were not found on site. A generator of universal waste <br />ontaining equipment, fluorescent bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, aerosol <br />(alkaline batteries, mercuYeach <br />cans) shall keep a record shipment of universal waste on site for at least three years.
