TRUCK DOESN'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION POSTED ON <br />THE TRUCK, NO NAME OR CONTACT INFORMATION. TRUCK USUALLY PARKS AT THE LOCATION BETWEEN <br />11AM-1PM. COMPLAINANT COULDN'T VERIFY THE NAME OF THE TACO TRUCK BUT PROVIDED LICENSE PLATE # <br />7X94942. (EHD HAS THIS VEHICLE # IN OUR INVENTORY.) <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />the to foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately.
