The following is a Minor Violation - Notice to <br />Comply: 101 <br />101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br />generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br />an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br />evidence to the EHD by 5/16/2013. <br />NOTES (The following are not violations) <br />The facility began operation as a new auto body business in March 2013. <br />108 Observed generator placed a bag of bondo dust mixed with sanding possibly metal fines in a <br />hazardous waste labelled 55 -gallon container. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of <br />the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Size of particles of hazardous waste metals must also be <br />determined before they can be recycled as scrap metal. Hazardous metal particles 100 microns or <br />smaller cannot be recycled but must be handled as hazardous waste.
