I received a call from operator saying facility is ready for reinspection. <br />I observed areas where I found cockroaches during routine inspection. <br />I observed one live cockroach under cooking equipment. <br />I observed one dead cockroach under 2 -comp sink and a few under counter where unused refrigerator has bee removed. <br />Clean and sanitize areas. <br />Continue with pest elimination. Per operator facility to be treated. <br />Continue working on items noted on the 9/9/15 routine inspection. <br />A follow up inspection to occur. <br />`OK to open at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
