All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Owner states did not <br />turn on all burners for steam table to have water hot enough for ware washing or hand washing. Provide and maintain hot <br />water for ware washing that is 120F or above and 100F or above for hand washing.
