Immediately containers of <br />wet/ dry paint and the eight <br />ontainers of unknown waste, make a hazardous waste determination for the wet/dry <br />paint and unknown waste , <br />nd manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement <br />and supporting documentati <br />n explaining how this waste was managed. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />109 <br />CCR 66262.40(a) Failed toeep <br />signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br />Copies of uniform manifests <br />for the disposal of hazardous waste for June 3, 2012 through June 3, 2015 were not found <br />on site. Hazardous waste g <br />nerators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br />receipts used in a consolida <br />ed manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br />review. Immediately locate <br />copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br />submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />112 <br />HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to <br />keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />Copies of hazardous waste <br />isposal records for June 3, 2012 through June 3, 2015 were not found on site.
