This version supersedes the previous <br />Checklist Only provided on 6118/2014. <br />108 (Repeat). Generator failed to return to compliance for Violation #108 cited in the 08/30/2013 <br />Routine Inspection Report. The waste observed in the 08/30/2013 inspection are as follows (please <br />refer to photos from the 8/30/2013 inspection which had been previously provided to you by EHD. The <br />2013 photos are not attached with this report): <br />o "Building West" (see attached 2014 map for location designations, since the terms used in this <br />report are different than what was used in the 8/30/2013 Routine Inspection Report) <br />- One 5 -gallon bucket of oily waste and solid waste in three 55 -gallon blue poly drums <br />o "Building North" (a structure composed of multiple intermodal freight containers) <br />- Solid debris and liquid waste in multiple methyl acetate 55 -gallon drums and one approximately <br />100 -gallon metal mixing tank at the entrance of the structure. <br />- Multiple 55 -gallon drums of unknown waste inside the structure <br />o "74" trailer (an intermodal freight container) <br />- Multiple one gallon to quart -size containers of solvent/reducer wastes on a pallet inside the <br />structure, and one 55 -gallon drum on unknown liquid waste outside the structure <br />o "Building South" (Repair Shop, sort of a lean-to) <br />- Four 5 -gallon buckets of oily waste and one smaller can of oily water, <br />- One bucket of reactive reducer waste, one 5 -gallon bucket and one 55 -gallon blue poly drum of <br />unknown waste by the entrance of the structure. <br />o "Gate T-2" trailer (an intermodal freight container) <br />- Multiple 55 -gallon drums and 5 -gallon buckets of unknown waste outside north of the structure. <br />o "Gate T-1" trailer (an intermodal freight container) <br />- Multiple boxes (at least 8) of product waste at the west side of the facility entrance. <br />The following wastes observed during the inspection today require hazardous waste determination <br />(please refer to the attached 2014 photos): <br />o At "Gate T1" trailer <br />- Multiple containers of varying sizes with unknown content (Photos #1) <br />- Multiple aerosol paint cans outside the trailer to the north on a work table; unknown if they are <br />spent or still being used (Photo #28) <br />(Violation #108 continues on Page 6) <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br />Received By: <br />sw j / Zoe <br />Title: <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
