The site was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title <br /> 14,California Code of Regulations(CCR). Enclosed is a copy of the State Inspection Report for your records. <br /> The following violations of Title 14,CCR were documented: <br /> 14 CCR 17352 Facility Access and Security <br /> 14 CCR 17354 Storage of Waste Tires <br /> The following Areas of Concern were also noted: <br /> 14 CCR 17351 Fire Prevention Measures <br /> 14 CCR 17353 Vector Control Measures <br /> The CIWMB's Facilities Operations Branch is requesting that you submit a corrective action plan by November 15, <br /> 1998 for the violation noted above.
