Cambridge ACREAGE: .25 (approximate) <br /> ACCOMPANIED BY: Joseph Woods, City of Lodi <br /> Remarks: <br /> On October 27, 1998, California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff, accompanied by Joseph <br /> Woods of the City of Lodi,conducted a site inspection of this facility pursuant to a complaint. Staff determined <br /> that this site contained approximately 2,500 waste tires stored onsite. At the time of this inspection, the facility <br /> was closed. <br /> During the inspection, the facility was found to be in violation of several waste tire standards. Waste tires were <br /> stored in one large contiguous pile in close proximity to the perimeter fence and waste tires were still affixed to the <br /> rims. No measures were in place for the control of pyrolytic oils which may be created during a tire fire. <br /> Violations: <br /> 14 CCR 17352 Facility Access and Security <br /> At the time of this inspection, the site had no sign stating the hours of operation and site rules. Pursuant to this <br /> section, (a) Signs shall be posted at the facility entrance stating the name of the operator, operating hours, and site <br /> rules, if the facility accepts waste tires from sources other than the site operator; (b) An attendant shall be present <br /> when the facility is open for business if the facility receives waste tires from other than the site operator; (c) An <br /> Integrated Waste Management Specialist ( LA—' <br />
