Immediately label all drained used oil filter con ainers per this section, dispose of the above drained oil filters since the length of storage could not e determined. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters including the above di posal for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to EHD by September 2, 2011. 27. (Repeat) One 55-gallo drum of waste oil is not closed. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except w en adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste ontainers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Corrected on site. 30. Observed seven empty I 5 -gallon drums in the storage room and one empty 15 -gallon drum in the parts cleaner room with no s art date of accumulation. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material s all be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Imm diately mark and manage all empty containers per this section and submit how you correct this violatio by September 2, 2011. 50. One 55 -gallon drum of o absorbent waste by the flying shear machine had an accumulation date of 1/2/2011, and one red appro imately 15 -gallon drum of parts cleaner distillation liquid waste in the parts cleaner room has an accum labon start date of 4/15/2009. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month nd do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and su mit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by September 2, 2011. 79,83,84. Universal Wastes, including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc., shall be stored in a closed container that prevents break ge and release to the environment, labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste and the initi I date of accumulation, managed within one year of storage, and retained a copy of the disposal receipt for at least 3 years on site. Immediately disperse of the above Universal Waste - lamps and submit a opy of the disposal receipt to EHD by September 2, 2011.
