<br />*Piping could not be isolated at the dispenser pans as secondary pipe is drilled just inside the penetration boots at a point to low for
<br />the test boots to cover. This was possibly done to allow a lower drainage from within the sump. This would not allow a test of the
<br />dispenser sumps as well. The owner is already taking bids for dispenser upgrades to include new under dispenser containment
<br />dispenser pan sensors.
