EPDXY SEALANT CONTAINS EP- <br />OXY RESIN AND VINYL CYCLOHEXENE DI- <br />OXIDE. VINYL CYCLOHEXENE DIOXIDE HAS <br />CAUSED SKIN CANCER IN ANIMAL TESTS. <br />PRECAUTIONS: AVOID EYE AND SKIN CON- <br />TACT. WEAR IMPERVIOUS GLOVES AND <br />SAFETY GLASSES. USE ONLY IN WELL VEN- <br />TILATED AREAS. <br />11. Lower the sensor into the monitoring well and secure <br />the riser cap. <br />SECTION 11. DISPENSER PAN SENSOR IN- <br />STALLATION <br />The dispenser pan sensor comes with the following instal- <br />lation hardware: <br />1 - Cable, including connector, Part No. 576006-750 <br />1 - Wiring Kit, Part No. 312020-969 <br />Mounting brackets must be ordered from the dis- <br />penser pan manufacturer. <br />A. GENERAL. Before you install the dispenser pan <br />• sensor, consider the following important requirements: <br />1. The sensor should rest in the cup or lowest point of the <br />dispenser pan. <br />2. It is recommended that the sensor be mounted in a true <br />vertical position to ensure proper operation of the <br />sensor. <br />3. Ensure that there will be enough room to pull the <br />sensor straight out of the pan. <br />B. INSTALLATION. The wires between the monitor <br />and each dispenser pan sensor location must be of a type <br />designed for use in the presence of gasoline and oil, and <br />must be between AWG 14 and AWG 18. The conduit must <br />be properly sealed in accordance with the National Elec- <br />trical Code (NFPA 70) and the Automotive and Marine <br />Service Station Code (NFPA 30A) since they pass from a <br />Class I, Division I or Division II area into a nonhazardous <br />area. <br />WARNING: TO AVOID ELECTRICAL SHOCK <br />WHICH COULD KILL YOU, BE SURE AC <br />POWER TO THE MONITOR IS OFF DURING <br />INSTALLATION. <br />1. Turn OFF AC power to the TLS -350 system. <br />OilCAUTION: DO NOT INSTALL THE DISPENSER <br />PAN SENSOR IF THERE IS ANY LIQUID IN THE <br />DISPENSER PAN. Choose a location in the dispenser pan where the <br />sensor can be pulled straight out for future service or <br />replacement, and the sensor will rest in the cup or the <br />lowest point of the pan.
