By 11/6/97 provide equipment in the Fabrication Department that will <br /> satisfy the requirements according to the referenced code section. <br /> Corrections: <br /> Purchased two Portable Eye Wash Stations to comply with the Violations. Will <br /> also purchase signs to indicate the location of the Stations. Will advise Foremen of the <br /> New Eye Wash Stations and their locations. The Stations and Signs were installed by <br /> the Maintenance Department on Oct. 24, 1997. <br /> #19 In the Maintenance Department, an above ground container used to store <br /> waste oil had been stored on site for more than 90 days (accumulation start date of <br /> April 30, 1997). Effective immediately remove all hazardous waste that has <br /> exceeded the allowable accumulation time under manifest by a Registered <br /> California Hazardous Waste Hauler to a permitted facility. <br /> Corrections: <br /> The Hazardous Waste was removed by Evergreen. The Maintenance Department <br /> replace the existing Hazardous Waste Label and destroy the existing Label. <br /> #20 The following containers of hazardous waste were not labeled properly: <br /> A. Fabrication: <br /> 1. Two 55 gallon drums of hazardous waste, rollform coolant, did not <br /> have labels. <br /> Corrections: <br /> The Fabrication Department affix the Proper Labels on the two 55 gallons drums. <br />
