Box 2009 0 (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) 0 Stockton, California 95201 <br />(209) 468-3400 <br />November 3, 1992 <br />On January 7, 1992, Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br />conducted an inspection of Interlake Inc., located at 1029 S. Sacramento in Lodi. <br />As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste statutes and/or <br />regulations were identified. Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br />below. Failure to correct the identified violations within the schedule period will result in <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br />1. Section 66262.34 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: At the <br />time of inspection, eight (8) drums of methyl ethyl ketone waste sludge were <br />stored in containers without labels. <br />2. Section 66262.34 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: At the <br />time of inspection, an above ground tank containing waste oil was not labeled as <br />hazardous waste. <br />Section 67262.34 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: A 5 <br />gallon bucket containing methyl ethyl ketone sludge did not have a label. <br />4. Section 67262.34 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: A 55 <br />gallon drum in the "roll form" area containing an oily water waste did not have a <br />label. <br />5.
