SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br />Violations #1 Effective immediately, all hazardous waste containers shall be <br />#2, #3, and #4: labeled with the following information: <br />a) The start date of accumulation. <br />c) Composition and physical state of the water. <br />d) Statement(s) which will call attention to the particular <br />hazardous properties of the waste. <br />e) Name and address of person producing the waste. <br />Violations Effective immediately, all hazardous waste containers shall be closed <br />#5 and #6: except when adding or emptying waste material. <br />Violation #7: Effective immediately, the contingency plan shall be completed <br />according to referenced code section. <br />Violation #8: Effective immediately, attach all Land Ban Certificates to applicable <br />hazardous waste manifests. <br />Violation #9: Within 30 days of receipt of this report, complete and maintain <br />employee training records. <br />2 <br />
