Specifically, we have taken the following steps to conform <br />to the regulations: <br />Violation *1: Failure to Label Hazardous Waste as Such <br />I have issued instructions to those employees responsible for <br />hazardous waste that they are to have all hazardous waste contain- <br />ers labeled appropriately as soon as they have begun to fill them. <br />I will be making periodic checks on this situation to verify <br />compliance. <br />Violation *2: Lack of Hazardous Waste Employee Training E12_Kram <br />I have instructed all plant employees on the proper handling of the <br />various hazardous wastes generated at our facility. This instruc- <br />tion was given at the Employee Right -To -Know Training sessions <br />given on April 11, 1990. Additionally, I have documented the <br />employees who are directly responsible for hazardous waste <br />management in our Written Hazardous Communication Program, per the <br />instructions sent to me by Kasey Foley. <br />Please review the actions I have taken to comply with the <br />violations noted.
