1.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Employees and contractors of Safeway's Tracy Distribution Center (Tracy DC) are obligated to <br />report any significant releases or potential releases of hazardous waste/materials. Organizations that <br />require immediate notification are listed below: <br />1. First call 911 on an internal/land line phone for the Tracy Fire Department, Police <br />Departments, and California Highway Patrol as applicable. <br />2. Call the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) Chemical Emergency <br />Planning & Response Center 1-800-852-7550. <br />3.
