Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br />SITE SAFETY PLAN <br />MARK LOCATION OF EYEWASH AND SHOWER DRENCH ON SITE MAP O CHECK WHEN DONE <br />Equipment Decontamination Procedure: <br />Materials to be Disposed of as Hazardous Waste: <br />Equipment that is not disposable will be <br />pressure washed or cleaned with an Alconox° <br />solution and triple rinsed. <br />Soil, decontamination water, and purge water <br />generated during this investigation will be <br />temporarily stored on-site in 55 -gallon DOT <br />approved steel drums until proper disposal is <br />arranged. <br />In case of an emergency the branch/corporate safety officer must be notified by the site safety officer <br />or project manager. The site safety officer or her/his alternate will notify outside emergency response <br />agencies (ER) as needed, the branch/corporate safety officer, and the project supervisor/manager. <br />The branch/corporate safety officer will make any required reports to local, state, and federal <br />agencies.
