One soil sample was collected for analysis. <br /> 10/23/89 Analytical report listed 3.9-ppm low to medium boiling point hydrocarbons. <br /> Elevated detection limit, 0.1-ppm;used for BTEX analysis. <br /> 03/28/90 UAR Report#90-U37 filed this day. <br /> 03/08/93 PHS/EHD letter mailed this date to Pamela Breese (responsible party) <br /> informing her the site requires further investigation. <br /> 03/08/94 Second PHSIEHD letter mailed this date to Pamela Breese concerning <br /> further investigation required. <br /> 11/28/94 Soil boring SBA drilled in former tank pit to 20-feet below surface grade <br /> (bsg). Analytical results of soil and groundwater samples evidenced <br /> contamination at this depth. <br /> 11/06/95 . State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) issued a Letter of <br /> Commitment (LOC) for this site, Claim No. 009881. <br /> 02/06/96 Five soil borings advanced on site (MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, SB-A1, SB-A2). <br /> MW-1 was completed at 20-feet bsg, MW-2 and MW-3 at 18-feet bsg. <br /> SB-A2 was advanced to 33-feet bsg, soil contamination noted at this <br /> depth in the analytical results. <br /> 07/10/96 PHSIEHD correspondence sent to Pamela Lopez, directive to submit a <br /> work plan to evaluate remedial alternatives at this site. <br /> 09/26/96 PHSIEHD correspondence sent to Pamela Lopez, directive to submit a <br /> work plan to continue the remedial investigation at this site. <br /> 12/16/96 Letter from Fugro West, Inc., consultant to the responsible party (RP), to <br /> PHSIEHD recommending continued groundwater monitoring only. <br /> 01/03/97 PHSIEHD correspondence sent this day, requesting submittal of either a <br /> corrective action plan or a work plan that will provide for enough data <br /> collection to complete the assessment of this site. <br /> 01/15/97 Work plan submitted to PHS/EHD by Fugro West. Proposal to do a <br /> vertical groundwater assessment and a well survey. <br />
