L <br /> L, Sample Chain-of-Custody <br /> LSoil and groundwater samples obtained for chemical analyses will be accompanied to the <br /> analytical laboratory by a Chain-of-Custody form. Chain-of-Custody forms will be initiated <br /> at the time of sampling. Duplicate Chain-of-Custody forms will be placed in the project file. <br /> Chain-of-Custody documentation will include the following information: <br /> -- Name of Sampler <br /> Sample I.D. numbers <br /> -- Time of sample acquisition <br /> -- Requested analyses <br /> -- Remarks as warranted <br /> -- Signatures, times and dates of custody transfer <br /> LSampling personnel will be responsible for the protection and custody of the samples until <br /> they are relinquished. When sample custody is transferred, the respective individuals <br /> relinquishing and receiving die samples will sign, date, and record the time on the Chain-of- <br /> Custody form.
