PHS/EHD comments follow. <br /> PHS/EHD has contacted the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)td arrange <br /> a meeting. An acceptable meeting time for both PHS/EHD and the CVRWQCB is 1:30 PM January 14, 1992. i <br /> The meeting has been scheduled to be held at the PHS/EHD office located at 445 North San Joaquin Street, <br /> Stockton CA. 1 <br /> I <br /> A copy of the above mentioned letter was faxed to the CVRWQCB. Reports, workplans and letters are to <br /> be submitted to both PHS/EHD and the CVRWQCB until the investigation and clean-up is adequate for <br /> closure.
