. DISPOSAL OF CUTTINGS AND WASTE WATER
The drilling of the seven soil borings generated approximately two
cubic yards of soil cuttings. This soil has been temporarily
stored on-site with a base and covering of 6 mil visquine. A
composite soil sample was collected from the soil pile and
analyzed for concentrations of TPHg and BTEX. The soil was found
to contain 320 mg/kg TPHg Hydrocarbon. The San Joaquin valley Air
Quality Control Board should be contacted for permission to aerate
the soil. After the soil has been aerated, it should be retested
at which point a determination of its final deposition will be
made.
The waste water generated from the cleaning of augers and sampling
equipment during the drilling operations was containerized in 55
gallon DOT drums.
LIMITATIONS
The services performed by RAH Environmental, Inc, a corporation
under California Registered Geologist #5047 and/or Contractors
License #592216 , is conducted in a manner consistent with the level
of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of our profession
currently practicing under similar conditions in the State of
California and San Joaquin County.
