The measurement of any water level in the bottom of the tank shall be made to the <br /> nearest one-eighth of an inch. <br /> G The UST system shall have tank charts that have been calibrated from empty to full in <br /> one-eighth inch increments. Tank charts shall clearly indicate for which tank they are <br /> calibrated, and shall not be used for more than one tank. <br /> 4 . RESPONSE PLAN <br /> OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> A On the first business day of each calendar month, operator shall provide required data <br /> (Exhibit A) for the previous month to USTMAN (the SIR service company). <br /> B. Submit annual reconciliation summary report (Exhibit B) to the local implementing <br /> agency within 15 days following the end of the last month of the 12-month time period <br /> covered by the report. <br /> ARCO RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> A Provide notification to the local implementing agency of all inconclusive or failed <br /> reports within 10 days from receipt of the report from the SIR company. In no event <br /> shall this notification be provided later than the 30th day of the month following the <br /> inconclusive or failed report. <br /> B. Perform tank integrity test within 15 calendar days when two successive monthly <br /> statistical inventory reports indicate a release of 0.2 gallon per hour. <br /> C. Report the occurrence as a "suspected release" to the local implementing agency within <br /> 72 hours of receiving the second statistical inventory report. <br /> D. If a tank integrity test confirms the initial results Perform requirements <br /> of CCR, Title 23, Article 5. <br /> 5 . TRAINING <br /> In addition to the training covering subjects mentioned in Sections 3 and 4 above, training <br /> needed for the operation of the tank system and monitoring equipment includes: <br /> How to: <br /> Take tank level measurements <br /> - Read dispenser meters <br /> - Inspect equipment <br /> - Recognize warning signs: dispenser hesitations, meter spins and odors <br /> - Manually close dispenser impact valve <br /> - Replace dispenser filters <br /> - Shut down the system with and location of : ARCOmatic switch, electrical panel <br /> breakers, and emergency shut off switch <br />
