We <br /> i <br /> understand that Ripon Farm Service LLC, a tenant at the;site, will be vacating the premises by <br /> Decembe.r_2008,_per,a:3-_December 2008_telephone cony_ersia_tion with RF Land's attorney_,_ <br /> Mr. Jeffrey Hawkins of Isola Law Group. �. ? <br /> 1.1 <br /> Therefore, subject to verification of vacancy, the water supply well at 938 Frontage Road may <br /> be destroyed in January 2009 without the requirement to`provide an alternate source of water. <br /> In the 28 May letter, Regional Water Board staff requested that a schedule of events leading <br /> to the well destruction be delivered by June 2008 and that the well be destroyed by <br /> 30 December 2008.
