Mr. Allan Fetters - 2 _ TM r' ' <br /> 5 December 2008 <br /> Schedule for Agricultural Well Destruction <br /> We agreed on procedures to destroy the agricultural well in a 29�October 2008 meeting with <br /> Mr. Bud denOuden of AgDok Land, Mr. Paul Sheldon of Pat Riddle Law Offices, and Patrick <br /> Hubbard of Treadwell & Rollo. In this meeting, Regional Water Board staff also agreed to <br /> allow AgDok Land, or Ripon Farm Service LLC, to coordinate the destruction of the agricultural <br /> well with the destruction of the water supply well in order to'economize on mobilization costs. <br /> In view of the upcoming destruction of the water supply well, by 15 January 2009, AgDok <br /> Land needs to provide a well destruction work plan, including an'implementation schedule, in <br /> substantial conformance with our 29 October discussion. <br /> Revised Schedule for Site Investigation <br /> RF Land is preparing to implement the 12 September 2008 Site ;Characterization Work Plan <br /> Phase II as concurred with in Regional Water Board stafrs'fi17 October 2008 letter. In his <br /> r3,Decernber..telephone:call, Mr. Hawkins req.uested.that:th6:imp[ementation_of the.work plan,.,. <br /> be delayed pending any changes that may be required as a result of on-going mediation <br /> discussions.
