I have <br /> reviewed same with the Olympian management officials, and have been <br /> directed to request further details of the proposed soil borings <br /> which you have indicated would be constructed on the Jimco Truck <br /> Plaza property. <br /> For instance, what are the proposed dimensions of the borings? <br /> Also, what protective devices or measures will be installed to <br /> protect both the physical condition of the borings as well as the <br /> integrity of same? How deep will the borings be installed and for <br /> what length of time will they be on the Jimco Truck Plaza property? <br /> Moreover, we certain would want an appropriate certificate of <br /> insurance naming Olympian as an additional insured prior to any <br /> work commencing, and also we would require a hold harmless, defense <br /> and indemnification agreement protecting Olympian from any <br /> liability in connection with the construction, operation, <br /> maintenance and repair of the proposed borings. <br /> Would you kindly furnish this information to me at your <br /> earliest convenience so that I may review same with the appropriate <br /> authorities at Olympian.
