This work plan addendum has not been received by this <br /> office to date. <br /> You were also directed to install an interim groundwater remediation <br /> system to begin reducing the groundwater contamination mass that <br /> includes high concentrations of methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE) , by May <br /> 15, 2003 .
