The schedule called for <br /> installation of a new water supply well by August 15,2000,and destruction of the existing water <br /> supply well by August 31,2000. Neither task has been implemented to date. <br /> You are required to install the new water supply well no later than September 25,2001,and destroy <br /> the.existing water supply well by November 25,2001. The new well must meet the requirements of <br /> the California Safe Drinking Water Act as specified in the letter dated May 1,2001 from PHS/EHD <br /> (see attached)-If"you do not meet these deadlines we will request enforcement action by <br /> CVRWCQB. <br /> As a transient-non community water system,the existing water supply well on site must be sampled <br /> monthly for bacteriological,nitrates,and nitrites monitoring according to California Code of <br /> Regulations,Title 22,Section 64421,64423(a), and 64432(a). In a telephone conversation with <br /> PHS/EHD staff member Adrienne Ellsaesser,you were required to sample the well by August 31, <br /> 2001,and submit the results to this office by September 10,2001.
