Highway 99 in Morada, CA. The owners are <br /> semi-retired, and do not have the expertise or staff available to handle all of the <br /> reporting requirements. Our firm has done extensive site investigation work in the <br /> Stockton area, and are familiar with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Division personel. We have prepared the enclosed workplan approved by <br /> the S.J. Co. EHD, but the fieldwork & report will be done by others. <br /> We have enclosed the following documents for your review and approval: <br /> 1. A copy of the completed Cost Pre-Approval Request form - Exhibit A. <br /> 2. A signed copy of the approved amended workplan (w/o exhibits) - Exhibit B. <br /> 3. A copy of the oversight agency approval letter - Exhibit C. <br /> 4. Copies of the request for bids sent to selected firms - Exhibit D <br /> 5. Copies of bids received in response to RFP's - Exhibit E <br /> .6. An analysis of the bids received, and proposed budget - Exhibit F. <br /> 7. An approximate time schedule after approval of costs - Exhibit G. <br /> Your timely response to this request will be greatly appreciated.
