Wm. J. Hunter & Associates '"
t
EXHIBIT G - Estimated time schedule.
The owners have not yet signed contracts for removal of the contaminated soil
(Project 2,) or Projects 1 & 3. Although JJW submitted the lowest bid for Project
3, we have not reviewed their insurance coverage or discussed details of how
they propose to complete that portion of the work. The final selection will be
made after we have obtained more details from the three firms who submitted
bids. Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc. is the lowest bidder for Project 2, and we will recom-
mend to our clients that they contract with them for that portion of the work.
PROPOSED TIME SCHEDULE - after receipt of Cleanup Fund approval:
1. Remove and disposal of contaminated soil; fill excavation, compact, and cover
with asphalt - within 3 weeks of receiving approval and signing contract.
2. Sample and investigate condition of domestic well on property - within 2
weeks of signing contract.
3. Place two soil borings - as soon as practicable after excavation has been
filled, compacted, and covered with asphalt.
A. Preparation and submittal of report - within 45 days of completion of all phases
of the work.
NOTE: Items 2 & 3 may be performed together in order to make more efficient use
of personel. However, the soil borings cannot be placed until after the excavation
has been restored to it's former condition.
