Hwy. 99 <br /> Stockton CA 95212 <br /> In correspondence dated January 31, 2007 you were notified by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCIEHD) that a work plan to continue the <br /> investigation of the above referenced contaminated underground storage tank (UST) site <br /> was due for submittal no later than April 6, 2007. In addition to the work pian an <br /> evaluation of the onsite groundwater extraction system and a feasibility study for <br /> enhancing the ongoing groundwater remediation were also to be submitted. None of <br /> these documents have been received by SJCIEHD. <br /> The last quarterly report submitted to Geotracker, the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board's Internet database, was second quarter 2006. Per California Code of <br /> Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30, Section 3890, all contaminated UST sites <br /> are required to electronically submit laboratory analytical data, monitoring well elevation <br /> survey data, groundwater measurement and elevation data and reports of fieldwork to <br /> Geotracker. All site data should be submitted within 60 days of collection. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the required work plan and documents to SJCIEHD <br /> and Geotracker. If SJCIEHD and Geotracker have not received them within 14 days of <br /> the date of this letter this site may be referred to the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region (CVRWQCB)for enforcement action.
