Per California Well Standards Bulletin 74-90, after pressure grouting the upper five feet of <br /> the well casings shall be overdrilled and filled with native material. <br /> 2. Proceed with submittal of an EHD well destruction permit, required $60.00 permit fee and <br /> $345 inspection fee. <br /> 3. A report of findings must be submitted within 60 days following completion of all fieldwork. <br /> 4.
