b Although the criteria to determine eligibility for qualified facilities focuses on the aboveground oil storage <br /> containers at the facility, completely buried tanks at a qualified facility are still subject to the rule requirements and <br /> must be addressed in the template; however, they are not counted toward the qualified facility applicability <br /> threshold. <br /> Counts toward qualified facility applicability threshold. Generally portable fuel storage is not considered in the total <br /> fixed storage capacity,however,since these vessels are normally stored in Building C and are often placed into <br /> service in addition to the storage of the vessels on site, they are included in total overall storage amounts. <br /> Total Oil Storage: 13,470 gallons (Storage Capacity) <br /> Containers: (1) One 12,000-gallon Horizontal Aboveground Storage Tank for Diesel <br /> Fuel storage. Horizontal singlewall AST with cinder-block secondary <br /> containment*. Loading-Unloading area at South end of secured enclosure. <br /> *Secondary containment retrofit in process/inadequate gallonage. <br /> (2) One 250-gallon Horizontal ConVault AST for Gasoline storage with <br /> integral secondary containment. Loading-Unloading area at South end of <br /> secured enclosure. <br /> NOTE: ConVault is located on earthen foundation/voids warranty. <br /> Not required by Code. <br /> (3) one 250-gallon Horizontal ConVault AST for waste-oil**with integral <br /> secondary containment. Loading-Unloading in secured area. <br /> *Client advised of Title 22 requirement for separate Site Assessment. <br /> (4) one 250-gallon Horizontal ConVault AST for kerosene with integral <br /> secondary containment. Loading-Unloading in secured area. AST is <br /> currently labeled "Out of Service" per Code. <br /> (5) one 300-gallon horizontal/unknown bran AST for 15w40/new oil <br /> located in adequate poly-berm. Loading-unloading in secured service <br /> bay. <br /> (6) one 120-gallon ATF AST/LubeCube brand with integral metallic <br /> secondary containment. Loading-unloading in secured service bay. <br /> (7) one 300-gallon poly DEF (diesel exhaust fluid-additive) AST without <br /> secondary containment.
