Chevron U SA
Page 21 .
6 0 CONCLUSIONS
It is Dames & Moore's opinion, based on observations and analyses made during the
remedial activities on site, that the aeration process has removed the hydrocarbon
contaminate residues from the treated soils These soils were replaced in the
excavation at the site and constructed as an engineered fill. At the relative density
of 90% or better, the potential for migration of any future contaminate has been
significantly reduced by the methods employed
The site has been finish-graded so as to minimize any drainage to neighboring
properties other than to the frontage road to the west. It is Dames & Moore's opinion
that the contractor has made an assertive effort to muumize dust and further
l
inconveniences to the adjacent neighbors
f
16000-250-044
DAMES & MOORE
