The aeration of contaminated soils commenced on <br /> rt <br /> �F+ March 20, 1990. The results of those activities are reported within this text. <br /> 3.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> .; The Purpose and Scope of our investigation was outlined in Dames&Moore's <br /> r z E Proposed Remedial Action Plan of September 15, 1989,addressed to Chevron U.S.A. The <br /> r, <br /> plan was modified in an addendum to the plan dated January 8, 1990.
