Page 21 <br /> E.y <br /> 6.0 CONCLUSIONS <br /> It is Dames& Moore's opinion, based on observations and analyses made during the <br /> remedial activities on site,that the aeration process has removed the hydrocarbon <br /> contaminate residues from the treated soils. These soils were replaced in the <br /> t-a <br /> excavation at the site and constructed as an engineered fill. At the relative density <br /> of 90%or better,the potential for migration of any future contaminate has been <br /> significantly reduced by the methods employed. <br /> The site has been finish-graded so as to minimize any drainage to neighboring <br /> _ properties other than to the frontage road to the west.
