Hwy 99, Acampo, has been <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division F <br /> (PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for the excavation of soil which was contaminated due <br /> to unauthorized .'releases associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were <br /> located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination that the plan is in <br /> compliance with local, State and?Federal laws and regulations and that the-resultant work <br /> will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be <br /> gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the PHS/EHD, 445 N.
