Earth Systems Consultants
I Northern California 555 W. Benjamin Holt Dr., #322
Stockton,CA 95207
(209)952-6122
FAX(209)957-4887
File No. NSS-9032-01
June 30, 1992
Hmong Christian Church
P.O. Box 9059
Stockton, California 95208
Attention: Mr. Lee Tua
Subject: 4040 East Clark Drive
Stockton, California
File Ref. UP-91-14
SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY
Gentlemen:
We are pleased to report the results of our soil suitability study for 4040 East Clark Drive, in
Stockton, California.
Introduction
The purpose of the study is to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage.
The study was performed according to the requirements of Section 9-10100(C) of San Joaquin
County Ordinances. This report presents the results of our study.
Proposed Development
The site will be graded by minor cuts and fills. A church building, an office building, two
classroom buildings, a residence building, a storm retention pond, septic tanks, !each fields,
parking areas, and other appurtenant improvements are planned.
Present and Past Use of the Site
Except for some trees in the northwest corner of the property, the site is presently covered
with grasses that had been recently disced. The site apparently had been used in the recent past
for general agricultural purposes. A domestic well exists at the north end of the property. The
plans provided by Wong Engineers, (Tentative Map dated May, 1991), indicate that the well
will be abandoned and sealed.
