No original permits for septic systems were found for the <br /> subject property. <br /> Two leach fields are proposed for this site as shown by the Tentative Map prepared by Wong <br /> Engineers (May, 1991) (see Appendix A). <br /> There are two neighbors that are in reasonable close proximity to the site. These neighbors <br /> were interviewed and that information is presented next: <br /> Owner: Carl Sanders <br /> Address: 4125 E. Clark Drive <br /> Location: Immediately across Clark Drive to the northeast of the subject site. <br /> Age of House: Unknown <br /> Septic System: Yes, consists of two, 50-foot leach lines and two, 25-foot deep <br /> seepage pits with 30-inch diameter. <br /> Notes: No problems with system during life of it. <br /> No permits were on file for this system. <br /> Owner: World Enterprises (Pick and Pull) <br /> Address: 3927 E. Clark Drive <br /> Location: Immediately across Clark Drive to the north and northwest. <br /> Age of Lot: 15 years <br /> Septic System: Yes, consists of one, 50-foot leach line and a 25-foot deep <br /> seepage pit with 33-inch diameter. <br /> Notes: No problems with system during life of it. <br /> San Joaquin County EHD Permit No. 78-218. <br /> Other records of permits for nearby locations were found for the following: <br /> Owner: Vernon Midgley <br /> Address: 4146 E. Clark Drive <br /> Location: Immediately to the east of the subject site. <br /> Age of House: <br /> Septic System: This is a 3 bedroom single-family residence (Permit No 78-247) <br /> for which a leach field of two, 85-foot leach lines plus two, 25-foot <br /> by 33-inch diameter seepage pits were installed. <br /> Notes: No permit for repair or modifications of the original systems were <br /> found in EHD records. <br /> The areas surrounding the subject area to the immediate west and south are unoccupied. <br /> 2 <br />
