(A) Stalls must be a minimum 7; feet wide and 16 <br /> feet long. <br /> (B) Each approved space must be individually <br /> designated as a compact space. <br /> (C) Signs must be provided to indicate the <br /> location of compact parking spaces. <br /> C. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> (1) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> (2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> (3) Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the project site. <br /> d. Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign <br /> conforming to Planning Title Section 9-3606. <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> f. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to <br /> the approved Improvement Plan. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> g. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> h. All plant material within a 15-foot triangle at the <br /> intersection of driveways and streets shall be no more <br /> than three feet in height above the curb level, except <br /> for trees which are trimmed so that no branches extend <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (UP-91-14) <br />
