CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-55 <br /> OLIVEIRA FARMS <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary permits have been secured and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. There must be proof that the applicant has posted the <br /> surety bond as required by the State of California <br /> Division of Oil and Gas. <br /> b. The site plan shall show all structures, equipment, <br /> sumps, and access roads. <br /> C. The project shall conform to the approved site plan. <br /> d. The permit shall become void should the use of the <br /> property become a nuisance as defined by Section 9-110.5 <br /> of the Development Title. <br /> e. Unattended sumps shall be enclosed by a six-foot (61 ) <br /> high chain link fence. <br /> f. The permit shall expire eighteen (18) months after the <br /> date of approval unless all permits necessary to complete <br /> the project have been secured and actual drilling shall <br /> be diligently pursued to completion, or the permit shall <br /> become void. Any cessation for 180 days or more shall <br /> void this permit. <br /> g. This permit may be transferred provided: <br /> 1. The transferee provides the Planning Division with <br /> proof of a surety bond, as required by the <br /> California Division of Oil and Gas, two weeks prior <br /> to the transfer. <br /> 2 . The transferee complies with all conditions of the <br /> approved permit. <br /> h. Adequate fire fighting equipment shall be maintained on <br /> the premises in conformity with all state and local <br /> regulations. <br />
