Mud and wastes from the drilling and production shall be <br /> disposed of at a site approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> j . Any derricks shall be removed within ninety (90) days of <br /> completion or abandonment of the well unless a greater <br /> time is approved by the Planning Director in writing, <br /> based on a showing of good cause. <br /> k. The surety bond shall remain in force until drilling is <br /> completed and the site is restored. On completion or <br /> abandonment of the well, all sumps shall be filled to <br /> natural grade and site restored to its original <br /> condition. <br /> 1. Secure a permit from the San Joaquin County Bureau of <br /> Fire Prevention before drilling commences. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards <br /> R-17 to issuance of the drilling permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $236. 33 per daily trip-end generated in the Tracy area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution <br /> R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-30001) <br /> b. Provide an approved potable water supply for all <br /> employees. <br /> C. All unused or abandoned holes shall be filled with <br /> bentonite or other approved grout material as specified <br /> in San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4206 and <br /> the surface left in its original condition. <br />
