SA-92-26 OF TRACY <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS (C/O COSTCO WHOLESALE, INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This application is for the addition of 92 , 755 square feet of cold <br /> storage to the existing 158,400 square foot Costco wholesale depot, <br /> located in the Patterson Pass Business Park, southwest of Tracy. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above project <br /> and offers the following comments: <br /> This approval for the Costco Site Approval will expire 18 months <br /> from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have <br /> been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This approval is subject to and shall comply with all <br /> requirements of Development Agreement No. DA-90-1. That <br /> development agreement includes, but is not limited to, <br /> requirements for a Transportation Systems Management <br /> (TSM) plan, wildlife impact mitigation, parking, <br /> landscaping, and the construction of infrastructure. <br /> b. The approval is for the construction of the proposed <br /> expansion of the Costco wholesale depot as depicted on <br /> the Site Approval Site Plan (Mulvanny-Lee Architects) , <br /> received April 29, 1992 . <br />
