On behalf of our client T&T Trucking, Inc.,this letter respectfully requests pre- <br /> approval of the enclosed workplan for work at the subject site. Also enclosed is a copy of the <br /> faxed approval of the workplan from PHS-EHD and a copy of the June 24, 1999 Workplan for <br /> the Former Diesel UST Soil-Investigation and Summary of Stockpile Sample Analyses,T&T <br /> Trucking. Mr.Ron`Rowe (PHS-EHD) has indicated a turnaround time for workplan approvals <br /> from your office of approximately one to two weeks.
