On behalf of our client T&T Trucking, Inc.,this letter res.ectfully requests pre- <br /> approval of the enclosed workplan for work at the subject site. Also enclosed is a copy of the <br /> faxed approval of the workplan from PHS-EHD ani'a copy of the June 24, 1999 Workplan for <br /> Quarterly Sampling'of Monitoring Wells,T&T Trucking. Please note that purge water will not <br /> be disposed of into the on-site evaporative pond as noted in the June 24,4999 worhplan. <br /> Instead,purge water will be transported off site by a licensed waste disposal service. Mr.Ron <br /> Rowe(PHS-EHD) has indicated a turnaround time'for workplan approvals from your office of <br /> approximately one to two weeks.
