Frontage <br /> Road, Manteca, CaliforniR„ issued on October 20, 1994; r <br /> EMCON would like to bring your attention to Attachment B of the Monitoring and.Reporting <br /> Program (Order No. 91-25000). Paragraph 2 under the Reporting section, on page 2, of <br /> Attachment B, requires that-a monitoring program for the remediaton system be supplied to the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board within 90 days of issuance of the permit.
