Approximately 800 cubic yards of sod were excavated and
I stockpiled on site during the excavation Slotted 4-inch-
diameter PVC was installed within the former UST excavation
and beneath the former product line trenches as components
for a former soil vapor extraction system The slotted PVC
was marnfolded to blank PVC which "day-lights" at the north
end of the site ("Problem Assessment Report, " dated
September 14, 1990) Two 10,000-gallon and one 8,000-
gallon double-wall fiberglass UST and associated product
piping were set approximately in the same location as the
I former UST and product piping A summary of the analytical
data is included in Table 2 Copies of the laboratory analytical
reports and chain-of-custody forms are included in
Appendix B.
December 1989 Delta supervised drilling of four additional soil borings. The
borings were completed as 2-inch-diameter monitoring wells
MW-5 through MW-8 ("Problem Assessment Report," dated
September 14, 1990) Well MW-5 was installed off site
IBoring logs are included in Appendix B A summary of the
analytical data is included in Table 2
9Q-097A FRP g
