VIII.OBSERVATIQNS: <br /> Tish Resch and I arrived at Stockton Plating at approximately 10: 30 <br /> a.m. Upon arrival we met with Bob Huntley, Administrative Manager. <br /> We identified ourselves and explained the nature of our inspection. <br /> We began our inspection in Mr. Huntley' s office. It was here that <br /> Mr. Huntley explained Stockton Plating' s operation to us and <br /> allowed us to review permits from other agencies (Air Pollution, <br /> Stockton Municipal Utilities, Stockton Fire) . <br /> After reviewinc these permits Mr. Huntley led us on a comprehensive <br /> site tour. We began at the old bumper storage area; we then made <br /> our way throug the facility and ending at: The bumper repair <br /> area, paint bo th, plating shop, finished product storage area, <br /> "job Shop" , waste water treatment area, and hazardous waste storage <br /> area. No violations were observed on the site tour. <br /> Once the site tour was completed Mr. Huntley, Ms. Resch and I <br /> returned to MHuntley' s office to look at hazardous waste <br /> manifests, the azardous Materials Management Plan, the contingency <br /> plan, emergenc preparedness plans, and personnel training records. <br /> The hazardous waste manifest, and emergency preparedness records <br /> were in order.
