In this„_treatment system the <br /> liquid waste it's separated into 3 waste streams: cyanide waste, <br /> chromium waste) and heavy metal wastes. These wastes are recycled <br /> into usable product or converted to a sludge which is pressed to <br /> form a filter cake, or treated and disposed of as waste water to <br /> the sewer system. This filter cake is manifested off site as <br /> hazardous waste to a recycler or disposal site. <br /> (see attachment I) <br /> Waste oil, paint - solvent waste and various contaminated materials <br /> make up the majlority of the secondary wastes generated at Stockton <br /> Platingt, Waste oil is generated through a r compressor repair. <br /> The rubber bumper painting operation generates a small paint - <br /> solvent waste �tream. Lastly, facility cleaning and renovation <br /> generates asso�ted wastes, usually soil, or building materials <br /> which have been contaminated with hazardous liquids. <br /> VII .
